Bridge of Love relies on the charitable donations of individuals and organizations to support its efforts to assist the abandoned Romanian children and teens in its program, and to provide other needed service in Romania. Bridge of Love is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.

Those who are able to commit to ongoing support for a period of at least one year, are invited to becoming an official "sponsor" or "angel" for a child or teen. Click here to see who is currently in need of a sponsor or angel.
Sponsors: $100 a month - Sponsor donations help enable Bridge of Love's continued support for the abandoned children and teens provided through its dedicated Romanian staff (currently a foundation director, psychologist and two social workers/teachers); as well as to help with medical and dental needs. The foundation has an office in Barlad, Romania where the children and foster parents come to work with our staff, in addition to home visits.
Angels: $25 a month - "Angel money" is provided monthly to foster parents to help supplement funding they receive from the Romanian government in order to meet the individual needs of the child/children in their care. The money is carefully accounted for to ensure it is being properly used to help the children. (Angels are also needed for the teens in our Bridge to Success program).

In-Kind Donations
While monetary donations are most beneficial to Bridge of Love's efforts, the foundation also accepts donations of new clothing, shoes, toys, school supplies or other items that are needed by the children and teens in its program. Please contact Marilyn Hymas at 801-295-2063 or hurricanehymas@comcast.net if you would like to provide an in-kind donation or organize a group service project, or for questions regarding in-dind donations. (Donated items are delivered to Romania by volunteers as we are able to do so, and monetary donations to assist with these deliveries is always appreciated.)
